Sheraton San Jose Hotel, Costa Rica

Our stay here was absolutely amazing, good home base for exploring San Jose. The room was beautiful with very comfy beds.

We loved the hotel and San Jose, had 2 great days there. The staff were excellent, attentive, will be returning here soon.

Ideal hotel, everything is impeccably clean, its staff and rooms are good. The staff at all times.

Everything was great and rooms were new-fashioned and silent.

This hotel is beautiful and immaculately clean with unbeatable location close to a shopping mall and genuinely helpful staff.

Everything was simply perfect. This hotel was brand-new, I liked its exceptional staff and location. The poolside restaurant was good with lots of meals in the menu.

We got room with great decor and a luxury bathroom to relax.

Well, the area was quite dirty overall.

The place was impeccably clean and staff were thorough, I enjoyed charming location. It was a short walk to Pimento, where you can have dinner. It was nice to have sweets in the lobby. Plus their wifi was excellent.

The hotel is hip new with brilliantly friendly staff, breakfast is exceptional, perfect location nowhere near the airport. The room is impeccable and airy.

This place was stunningly beautiful, with impeccable rooms, fast staff. On site poolside restaurant was on the food 2.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the restaurant was nice and had plenty of food. The variety of choices for buffet breakfast was great.

The setting was not so great.

It was a very nice time staying at this nicely designed hotel. The bathroom in our well-appointed room was luxurious. The food was outstanding and there were lots of dishes in the menu.

We loved it during our such wonderful stay. Location was tranquil, lovely modern hotel. Within walking distance of the good beach. The staff were all highly courteous and provided thoughtful service. Shuttle was provided here too.

This is a pretty standard hotel with staff and location which were lovely.

Actually everything was terrific, my next choice again in San Jose. Cool staff, top location and lovely breakfast. There were shopping centre and a big shopping mall around the hotel. The property was unique and the specialty restaurant was stunning.

Employees were understanding and very approachable. Breakfast was delectable, offered biscuits and hot waffles. Shopping centres and a big shopping mall were right next door. Besides, the property was 2 km away from Alto de las Palomas. Fantastic experience there.

Tidy and very nice old place. Very professional staff, terrific experience. Exceptionally nice room and scenic view. The location was awesome and the bed extremely comfy. We liked indoor restaurant. Good pool too.

You guys made our stay fairly nice! Breakfast was large and they offered cookies and hot waffles. Particularly nice view, a big balcony, super bed, too. We were offered a flawless service here. The best public beach we've seen before now. Also, multiplaza escazu was within a 25-minute walk from this hotel.

All was spotless, I loved beautiful staff and amenities. I slept so comfy in the amazing bed. It was great to have sweets in the lobby😃

The staff is lively and the boxed breakfast is HOT. The hotel offers absolutely perfect location close to shopping.

I have stayed here before now, it's still a well-designed hotel. The breakfast was awesome and the room was brand new. Really comfy bed and a marvellous view.

The staff were beautiful, the room was just fine and I loved pretty decent location. Boxed breakfast with nice hot selection. They made my stay really amazing. Nice business hotel in a local area of San Jose.
